Jess was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. We knew she was different from the other vendors out there when she made the effort to explain how everything worked, created mood boards, drew diagrams and gave tips on how to maximise the look we were after within our budget - all before we had even signed a contract or paid a deposit! She wanted us to be 100% comfortable and happy, and that was the best insight into the kind of person she was throughout the whole process. She stayed patient whilst we flirted with different design ideas, helped nail the exact look we were after, and even took on the job of styling our wedding with short notice even though originally we had only booked for florals. We really couldn’t have executed the vision without her and we are so grateful we found her. Jess was outstanding to work with for our wedding florals! From the word go, she was a pleasure to work with and this continued throughout the whole process (and after). Jess made sure we were clear on prices, advised what flowers would be available around our wedding, floral arrangements and design options.
Jess (and her lovely team) created gorgeous plinth arrangements full of colour for our ceremony and worked with us to ensure that we could repurpose them as centrepieces for the reception area. Jess also created my beautiful bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, flower sign and my husband and his groomsmen's boutonnieres. Jess complimented the flowers to my dress perfectly! She also made sure I had my pink cosmos, which made me extremely happy.
